A seasoned Mechanical Engineer and Auditor in Management Systems, Kamal forms the conceptual structure for Continual Improvement Solutions. With over 21years of corporate experience with internationally acclaimed automotive groups such as Eicher and Hero Honda in the fields of Growth oriented Strategy, Policies, Manufacturing, Up gradation and Training, Customer Delight, Quality Analysis, R & D, Engineering, Plant & Manpower Up gradation & Training, Customer Delight, Systems & Process Up gradation & Overall Plant functions. Kamal started his journey in the consulting field and spent 11 years in Projects Up gradation and Training. Driven by his belief that leaders are not born, he opines that everybody can sharpen, develop and hone the leadership skills. He guides his team rather than teaching and is more of a coach than a trainer for companies & individuals. He conducted improvement projects and hundreds of workshops for business processes and human resources across the nation. His dynamic training perspective hones soft skills, motivational and attitudinal behavior and reinvents new horizons in reengineering the companies and their systems.
